BIOGRAPHY

Kim Adams is an Inclusion, Diversity, & Equity consultant, speaker, and blogger. With rich experiences as a VP, Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity for Equifax, Senior Director of Employee Experience for AECOM, Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Cox Automotive, Inc. and a global HR leader at The Coca-Cola Company as her foundation, she launched Inclusively Me L.L.C., an inclusive leadership consulting firm committed to helping enable corporate cultures embody a spirit of belonging.  Kim's clients seek her expertise to navigate end-to-end organizational changes needed to mature to the next level of cultural relevance in efforts to grow and remain sustainable in an ever evolving global economy.  Kim has a knack for inspiring  behavior and mindset shifts that promote storytelling and a sense of belonging through facilitated courageous conversations coupled with sparking a renewed perspective on continuous learning through targeted training for building emotional intelligence.  Kim also coaches high-performers and provides strategic direction for business resource groups to evolve their passion into actionable outcomes and business relevant programming.

Always an advocate for equity and community empowerment, Kim serves on the board for non-profit and civic organizations committed to promoting diverse representation, economic sustainability, and women's health issues across the globe.  She is frequently featured as an expert voice at the table for a variety of inclusion, culture and social justice topics. In her free time, Kim promotes positive narratives about diverse cultures, and women of color in particular, via her @InclusivelyKim social media platforms.  She also enjoys globe trotting with her family.
